Medication can be beneficial for those that continues to experience difficulties applying their therapies positive coping skills previously learned or those struggling with inflexibility or rigidity in their thinking.  Medication can sometimes help open these inflexible pathways to allow for new learning to begin. Medications is not for everyone.  

What Will You Pay for Therapy/Counseling?

We are out of network with all insurances. Counseling is a fee for service program and One Montrose accepts all major forms of payment.

Initial sessions cost $200 and each follow-up session costs $150 and we recommend at least an 8-week commitment.
